Wipe all counter tops and backsplashes
All sinks scrubbed
Clean Mirrors
Stairs vacuumed
Prices range from $160-$196 for smaller homes (less than 1,600
square feet)
$256 for larger homes

Option 3
Includes all the services listed plus:
Ceiling fan blades hand washed
Light fixture globes hand wiped
Curtain tops vacuumed
Doors and frames washed
All trim and moldings hand wiped
Cabinets washed inside and out
Light switch plates wiped
Vents dusted
Window sills wiped
Baseboards wiped
Edge vacuuming throughout
All horizontal surfaces wiped
Outside porches, walks, and patios swept to enhance curb appeal
Prices range from $300-$450 for smaller homes (up to 1,600 square
feet)
$450+ for larger homes
All prices are based on a rate of $45/hour. If cleaning time goes over the
stated rate due to unforeseen or hidden issues, we will discuss this with the
homeowner or rental company before proceeding.
